Do I have to order the basket as shown online or can I make changes?
Every basket is made-to-order in-house by our great staff. We welcome customization to create the perfect gift.

No, we like to give the same great service no matter what size the order (By the way, you can order as many as you like too!).

Do you wrap the baskets?
Each basket is hand-wrapped in cellophane and tied at the top with a coordinating ribbon. Every basket that is shipped is packaged carefully to arrive in the best possible condition.

How long does it take for my order to be processed?
When ordering online, please allow 1-2 business days for processing. For quicker service, please call us during business hours so that we can expedite your order. Also remember when ordering, shipping with UPS can take approximately 1-5 business days depending on destination. All orders are shipped from our Columbus, OH warehouse.

Do you have a catalog?
Our catalog is on our website which saves a few trees. This makes it easier for frequent updates, and makes it more convenient for our customers to view.

Yes, we welcome corporate work. We can create as many or as few baskets that you need to keep clients and associates happy.

What if the person doesn't like what I sent them and how can I be sure that the basket will arrive in good condition?
We make sure that all of the products we use are fresh or in good working order at the time of shipping. We back it up with a customer satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason for the recipient is unsatisfied with any products, we are happy to make an exchange.
